Goooodnorning sleepy pigs.
Hahaha.
12:17pm and im awake =D
just woke up ard 11:40+ .

Its been quite a long time since ie wake up early ..
Nowadays , im like sleeping till 4-6pm den i will wake up.
everyday , at least more den 12 hrs of sleep.
Hahahaas,
so .. decided to blog as im feeling kinda bored.
will be busy at 3pm.

cause , im doing cooking today .
well , only cooking 1 dish ..
a dish ie learned online ytd.
' SWEET AND SOUR PORK ' and ' VALENTINE DINNER'S SPECIAL '
hahahahas ,
im cooking sweet and sour pork btw-.-'
gonna master it !!
cause it seems pretty easy .
But like u noe..
say easier den done uh!
Hmmm ,

Let me reveal the recipes.

Prepare the pork
- 1/2 1b of boneless pork ( chopped into bite size )
- 2 tbsp of ALL PURPOSE flour.
- 1 tbsp soy sauce.
NOW , MIX THEM .
Note : for extra crispy outcome.. ADD slightly more flour.
Prepare the sauce
- 1 tbsp of ginger ( minced )
- 1/4 cup of water / chicken stock.
- 2 tbsp of vinegar.
- 2 tbsp of sugar.
MIX UNTIL DISSOLVE!!
FRY the pork.
- 3 cups of cooking oil.
* DEEP FRY THE PORK UNTIL ITS GOLDEN BROWN,
FRY the vegetables.
- 1 tbsp of oil.
- 1/2 cup of onion ( chopped )
- 1/2 cup of celery ( chopped )
- 1/2 cup of carrots ( chopped )
* STIR-FRY vegetables .

DONNE .
oh note: ie left out some info ...
cause ie dunwans u guys to master it .
Like , how long are u suppose to fry them ...?
